Pars what’s your backstory?

I was born in Istanbul with Iranian and Turkish roots. From early on, it was clear I wasn’t built for traditional systems. I never enjoyed theory or academic routine. Instead, I felt a constant urge to execute, to build things that mattered and create without waiting for permission. I studied Computer Engineering, Information Technology, and Business IT, but none of that shaped me as deeply as building my ventures did. Education gave me structure. Entrepreneurship gave me purpose.

Over the years, I founded multiple startups, including a successful SaaS platform from which I exited. I also gained valuable experience working in large corporations, including Nokia, Nike, Morningstar, Baxter, and Organon. These roles taught me discipline and how big organizations operate, but entrepreneurship was a different journey altogether. I never wanted a nine-to-five job like a modern robot. I wanted to work around the clock, push boundaries, and make a real impact by discovering the next big thing.

Today, I live in Switzerland and lead Noxi, a telecom company I founded in San Francisco, California. Our mission is to make global connectivity borderless, instant, and affordable. Noxi goes far beyond traditional SIM cards and satellites; it’s a cutting-edge telecom platform powered by quantum computing and artificial intelligence. Backed by Startupbootcamp, Noxi is scaling rapidly with a bold vision for the future.

Looking back, the early days of my journey weren’t about hobbies or casual interests. They were defined by moments when I sold my first idea, shipped my prototype, and inspired others to believe in something that didn’t yet exist. That’s where true beginnings are found.

I never chased grades. I chased momentum.

What does Noxi do, and how did you come up with the idea?

Noxi was born from a very real frustration I experienced while working on a personal IoT (Internet of Things) project that required devices to stay connected across multiple countries. I remember spending countless hours juggling different SIM cards, dealing with roaming charges that skyrocketed unexpectedly, and trying to coordinate with various providers who all had their contracts and restrictions.

It was a nightmare that not only slowed down progress but also drained resources and energy. I realized this was not just my problem but a widespread issue affecting companies trying to scale IoT and smart device deployments globally. The complexity and cost of connectivity were creating unnecessary barriers for innovation.

That experience sparked the idea to build Noxi, a platform that removes these hurdles by seamlessly integrating cellular networks with satellite backup and offering fixed, transparent pricing. I wanted to build something that simply works everywhere so entrepreneurs and businesses can focus on what matters, building the future without getting stuck in the connectivity maze.

How did you acquire your first 10 clients, and what strategies worked?

Acquiring our first 10 clients was a combination of targeted outreach, leveraging personal networks, and demonstrating real value through pilot projects. Early on, I focused on industries where connectivity is mission-critical, such as logistics and smart city infrastructure. I reached out directly to decision-makers who understood the pain points because they lived them every day.

One of the biggest strategies that worked was offering private pilots. This gave potential clients a chance to see Noxi in action without committing upfront. It built trust and allowed us to collect feedback that helped improve the platform quickly. Partnerships also played a key role. Currently, these companies are not officially listed as clients since we are conducting private pilot testing on their devices and networks.

What I learned is that solving a real problem and proving your value early is everything. Cold outreach can open doors, but nothing beats letting your product do the talking. Building relationships based on transparency and responsiveness turned those first clients into strong advocates, which fueled further growth.

What feedback did your early clients give, and how did it shape your services?

From our private pilot programs, early clients said they loved the simplicity, fixed pricing, and freedom from roaming headaches. They appreciated having everything in one dashboard with no surprise costs.

Their feedback pushed us to double down on real-time controls, eSIM provisioning, and unlimited admin access. It also reinforced our decision to offer a free first month and no minimum order. These early signals proved we were solving a real pain and helped us refine Noxi into a product that lets teams scale fast without worrying about connectivity.

What steps did you take to ensure your service met the needs of your target clients?

To ensure our service met the needs of our target clients, we started by engaging directly with potential users through interviews, discovery calls, and private pilot programs. These conversations helped us deeply understand their pain points and validate that our solution was addressing a real need. We continuously test our assumptions by getting early feedback during product demos and private pilots. When patterns emerged, such as specific features clients wanted or challenges they faced with implementation, we quickly adjusted the product.

At one point, we realized our initial target segment was too broad. We narrowed our focus to a more defined customer profile where the pain was strongest and the buying intent was higher. This shift helped us refine our value proposition and improve conversion. By staying close to our clients, listening carefully, and iterating fast, we confirmed that Noxi is a strong fit for the market and we were able to evolve with greater clarity and impact.

What distribution channels have been most effective for you, and how did you discover them?

Finding the right distribution channels was one of the biggest challenges early on. We discovered that direct outreach combined with strategic partnerships delivered the most impact. I focused on building relationships with industry associations that connected us to businesses actively seeking connectivity solutions. These channels brought qualified leads who understood the value we offered.

Digital marketing was helpful for awareness, but it wasn’t enough to close deals in our space. LinkedIn was valuable for targeted outreach, but cold messaging only worked when backed by genuine value and follow-up. We quickly learned that building trust and credibility through demonstrations and pilots was far more effective than broad advertising.

Overall, our approach centered on quality over quantity, fostering deep connections with potential clients and partners rather than chasing large but less engaged audiences.

What makes Noxi unique in a competitive market?

Noxi is powered by a quantum-inspired AI architecture designed for real-time network optimization and predictive traffic routing. These models guide routing decisions, provisioning logic, and performance forecasting.

Our in-house system, SERAPH, uses quantum-inspired models such as quantum LSTMs and hybrid decision layers that intelligently switch between terrestrial and satellite networks. It incorporates edge telemetry, geospatial triggers, and federated learning, allowing the network to adapt dynamically to infrastructure and regulatory differences across the globe. While we’re not operating on live quantum processors today, several components already benefit from simulated or precomputed quantum models, particularly for network selection and compliance adaptation. This unique technical approach enables Noxi to deliver seamless, cost-effective connectivity across borders, next-generation performance for those who refuse to be limited by geography.

Noxi also stands out with a fresh approach to pricing and connectivity. Unlike traditional providers that charge by the megabyte or gigabyte with hidden fees, we offer global and regional unlimited data plans designed for IoT and smart devices. Our pricing is fixed, transparent, and costs five to twenty times less than current options.

All of our technology is built in-house, including two patented innovations that eliminate the need for roaming and ensure uninterrupted service without heavy costs. We also provide the first month free, no minimum order commitment, and full access to our management dashboard with unlimited admins, making Noxi ideal for startups and SMEs to test and scale risk-free.

How do you handle regulatory or logistical challenges in providing global connectivity?

Navigating regulatory and logistical challenges is part of the game when working globally. At Noxi, we build strong partnerships with local telecom operators and regulators to ensure compliance and smooth integration. We stay proactive, adapting quickly to regulatory changes while keeping our infrastructure flexible enough to work within different markets.

This approach lets us deliver seamless global connectivity without getting bogged down by bureaucracy.

How do you handle churn, support, or long-term customer success at Noxi?

At Noxi, we make sure the experience stays smooth and reliable well beyond onboarding. Every client gets a dedicated success manager and fast support through their own dashboard, with a response time of one-to-two business days.

We stay connected through the Noxi Dashboard, email, and regular check-ins to ensure everything runs as expected. Clients get full visibility and control over their connectivity, which builds trust and removes friction.

This mix of hands-on support, transparency, and a solid product keeps churn low and long-term growth rates strong.

How is your industry evolving, and how are you staying ahead?

The IoT industry is evolving rapidly, with billions of connected devices demanding seamless, reliable, and affordable global connectivity. Over the next few years, we expect a massive shift toward unlimited and predictable data plans, stronger integration between satellite and terrestrial networks, and increased demand for secure, low-latency connections in industries like smart cities, logistics, and healthcare.

At Noxi, we are preparing by continuously innovating our fully in-house technology to stay flexible and scalable.
